Hell, it’s about time. ;) That’s right – StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty (or maybe I should write StarCraft II… whatever) has arrived in its full glory. Personally I think that it’s really overpriced. Come on – almost 60 USD for just ONE single player campaign? WTF? Ok, ok – you can play on Battle.net. It’s all fun and games but I know that I won’t be playing StarCraft 2 in multiplayer mode. Well, maybe on LANParties ;) But for now, I just want to play single player campaign. And it’s only one campaign in current release of StarCraft 2 - it’s Wings of Liberty Terran campaign. Now imagine that you will have to buy another two campaigns (Protoss and Zerg) as separate games, 60 USD each. It doesn’t sound cool, huh? That’s why I’m not going to buy StarCraft 2 anytime soon – I’m going to wait when they are going to make 3 in 1 pack and offer me a reasonable price for it.
And now I’m waiting for Cpt. Atom to incinerate me…
Quick update: I’ve just learned that at European Battle.net StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty is available for… (drums!) almost 60 EUR! Since when EUR/USD = 1 ;) ? It reminds me prices on STEAM.
TL;DR StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty is out – enjoy this piece of overpriced game!
